Poster Sessions
19–20 August
12:00–14:00 (UTC+5)
Two, two-hour sessions from 12:00 to 14:00 are scheduled for poster presentations on Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 August 2025.
Presenters of a poster will be expected to be present on Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 August 2025 in order to explain their poster and to hand out any leaflets, or other information materials, they have available for viewers of their poster. Each presenter can therefore only present one poster.
Note for presenters
During the Congress we will invite all conference participants, to vote for the best poster or “People’s Choice Poster 2025”.
The winner of the “People’s Choice Poster 2025” will be announced during the Closing Session on Thursday 21 August 2025 and will receive a certificate of recognition.
