Visa Information

Please follow the steps described below to apply for your visa to Kazakhstan.

If you require a travel visa, we recommend you apply for the visa as early as possible—at least 3 months before your departure to Kazakhstan to avoid any delay in your visa application. 

The application process closed on the 1st of August; after this date, you will not be able to apply for your invitation number via the support questionnaire anymore.

STEP 1: Check Visa Requirements

Kazakhstan offers visa-free travel to citizens of over 80 countries, including those from the European Union, USA, Canada, Japan, China, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Australia and others.

To verify if your country requires a visa, check the full list of visa-free and visa-required countries below. 

If Your Country does require a visa we are sorry to inform you that should you not yet have applied for the invitation number via the Visa Support Questionnaire, you will no longer be able to apply.

STEP 2: Fill Out the Visa Support Questionnaire

This step is no longer possible, due to the closeness of the event.

STEP 3: Receive the Visa Support Letter

After processing, you will receive a visa support letter at the email address you provided in the questionnaire, at the latest 15 days after applying for the letter.

STEP 4: Apply for an E-Visa

  1. Visit the Kazakhstan E-Visa Portal
  2. Upload your visa support letter.
  3. Pay the required visa fee.

STEP 5: Download Your E-Visa

Once approved, download your E-visa from the portal. This will allow you to enter Kazakhstan.
